Miscellaneous Services

Miscellaneous Service is addition or amendment to the existing Passports such as grant of 'Emigration Clearance Not Required (ECNR)', deletion of child/children's name from the mother/father's passport, change of present/permanent address, inclusion/deletion of spouse's name, change of name subsequent to marriage etc., or any other observation required in the existing passport regarding the personal/passport particulars. For Miscellaneous Service, you will need to fill out the Miscellaneous Service application form, (click here to download the form) Enclose your current valid passport and relevant document (original plus one photocopy) in support of the required service.

• Completed application form
• The fee (only money orders accepted with applications received by post)
• The passport
• A durable self-addressed envelope for return of passport by post

All applications for the above consular services must be accompanied by a completed MISCELLANEOUS APPLICATION FORM
